IBS Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Maintain good relationship with customers and project team
• Participate in IBS technical solution discussion: planning, quotation, plan delivery, and implementation
• Monitor project progress, quality of implementation and documentation
• Responsible to success of project execution, satisfaction of customers and realize target
• Participate in site walks
• Identify indoor antenna placement locations
• Define network architecture and equipment for each project
• Create and review designs using engineering tools such as IB wave
• Complete and present design packages
• Travel to customer locations as required
• Analyze and summarize test data to evaluate key performance indicators
• Prepare walk test and submit testing reports

Requirements:

• Higher education (minimum bachelor degree)
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Minimum one year work experience as IBS Engineer
• IBS DAS distribution antenna system / PIM Testing / VSWR /TI and CW IBS, PPT report & communication
• Small cell design and engineering experience
