Position title:  Locomotive Operator

Location: Garadagh r., Salyan highway 83,

“BOS Shelf” LLC mainly specialized on piles & jackets fabrication, piping works. BOS Shelf has the reputation as the best performing contractor in the Caspian region. Our company is also involved to “Shah Daniz 2” Project and considered one of the main subcontractors of the project. We prioritized improvements in working conditions for its employees. We have built two brand new amenity blocks, which have training facilities and modern office facilities fully conforming to the international standards. While achieving a very demanding schedule, we remained focused on our priority to ensure that all worked safely and remained healthy.

Job Responsibilities:

 Operate large trains that carry cargo to different stations on a planned route
 To be familiar with the cargo, schedule and route for each trip in order to make sure the train operates smoothly and on time
 Thoroughly inspect the locomotive before and during operation, as well as check the speed, air pressure, battery and other various mechanics of the train while on route
 Monitor the speed, brakes and other gauges to make sure the ride is smooth and is operating correctly while the train is in operation.
 Also check the mechanical aspects of the locomotive to make sure the train is ready for operation

Key Job Requirements: 
   
Work experience:
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience 

Education:
• Vocational education
• Presence of relevant certificates is a mandatory

Personal Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively in person or over the radio
• Good time management skills,
• Ability to make reasonable decisions quickly
