Position: Civil Construction Supervisor

Location of work: Sites

Probation duration: 3 months

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare list of materials and cost calculations for the projects involving construction, fabrication and equipment installation
• Design, sketching and preparation of drawings for relevant projects
• Supervision over subcontractors’ work  such as construction, fabrication etc
• Scheduling material, equipment purchases and delivery for relevant projects
• Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
• Prepare plans and time frame for the construction project (manpower, material, machinery, tools and equipment)
• Coordinate and control the work of team during the project implementation phase
• Take care of company assets such as tools and equipment (  welding machine, compressor, air hammer, concrete vibrator etc)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Architecture/Civil Construction;
• Must have a good concept of engineering principles
• Minimum 7-10 years of work  in Construction   with a minimum of 3 years in the oil & Gas industry
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Azeri, Russian and English would be an advantage
• Proficient knowledge Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to use AutoCad would be an advantage
• Willing to travel and work occasionally abroad
• Good HSE understanding and performance.
• Good team working skills
• Mathematical and technical skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to supervise personnel in tasks
