Requirements:

Higher education
PMP Certification will be an advantage
Fluent Azerbaijani, English (fluent) and Russian (upper-intermediate) language skills;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS Project or other project management tools
3 years in service project management or managed minimum 3 projects involving personal from 200 people.
Ability to work under pressure

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of project
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables and develop project charter
Define project tasks, budget and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans
Assemble and coordinate project staff
Provide direction and support to project team
Manage project resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders in accordance with company reporting standards
Present reports defining project progress, problems (including budget and schedule variances), risks and mitigation
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

Salary:

Salary will be negotiated with successful candidate.
