DDLAR GROUP of companies operating in construction industry is looking for Senior HR Coordinator.

The successful candidates should have:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Leadership skills
• A minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources position
• Expert in employment law and employee relations and communication
• Ability to direct the efforts of a team of diverse human resources professionals
• Professional level of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Participation in implementation and development of HR strategy 
• To be the focal point for all local and expatriate recruitment issues
• To coordinate the recruitment process according to Companies mobilization process mapping
• Liaison with recruitment agencies
• To prepare the workforce  plans together with HR Manager
• Provide the HR Induction for newly recruited personnel
• Analyze, plan, manage recruitment programs and the hiring process to ensure that HR service provided meets the needs of company’s business
• Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filling and retrieval system
• General supervision of  HR team members 
• Ensure compliance with the legislation regulating the Company and employee labor relations
• Conducting the exit interviews
• Liaison with local charities 
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops: reviewing professional publications: establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Participation in internal and external HR audits
• Preparation of various reports and statistics
• Additional duties assigned by HR Manager
