GENERAL  MANAGER/ LUXURY AUDIO VIDEO EQUIPMENTS 
 
Summary

Responsible for overall management in accordance with established company policy and procedures. Ensure the maximum in client service, operational efficiency, employee development, and profitability levels.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Effectively oversee day to day operating procedures
Monitoring financial and commodity settlements with employer
Formation of the product portfolio .
• Maximize revenue potential utilizing company sales strategies
• Maintain positive employee relations
• Continually develop employees assigned to office
Organization of inventory management .
• Conduct timely team member reviews
Optimization schemes, payment terms and delivery cost.
• Address employee concerns
• Effectively utilize the company’s business software

Requirements

• Bachelors, Master degree in management
• Advanced knowledge of AUDIO-VIDEO brands 

Experience in Selling Luxury AUDIO-VIDEO EQUIPMENTS

• Computer skills

Perfect knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian languages
Experience in management of department, branch (till 20 empl)
