POSITION: SENIOR COORDINATOR

POSITION SUMMARY

Senior Coordinator coordinates the work with all the partners of ADA University abroad and is responsible for implementation of the existing and prospective agreements. S/He reports to and works under the direct supervision and instruction of the Director of the Office of International Affairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Find new partners abroad based on the needs and request from the stakeholders of ADA University, and work with them to prepare a legal basis (MoU) for bilateral cooperation;
• Follow up with ADA’s existing partners of abroad to prepare a basis for implementation of the signed agreements (MoUs), including but not limited to, the faculty, staff and student exchange agreements;
• Coordinate the implementation of faculty and student exchanges with the academic personnel at respective schools of ADA University (program directors, assistant deans, etc.);
• Coordinate with the relevant officers of the partner institutions abroad to assure a smooth implementation and sustainability of the field of cooperation as highlighted in the agreements;
• Evaluate and provide up-to-date reports on a regular basis (every three months) to the Director on the status of each agreement with ADA’s partners abroad, potentials and opportunities to benefit from the existing and prospective agreements, and on other necessary evaluative indicators;
• Help the Director and other senior managerial staff of the Office of International Affairs with the routine works of the Office, as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree;
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in international agencies/communities;
• Ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Flexible approach and willingness to work on varying schedules when requested;
• Ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team;
• Fluency in written and oral English.
