Position title:  Lawyer

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and review agreements, contracts, notices and  other legal documentation relating to all aspects of the business of the company;
Assists to management team  in all legal contrctual negotiations;
Interpreting laws, rulings and regulations;
Manages contract monitoring, contract administration and compliance;
Attends client liaison meetings as required;
Responsible for providing high level, accurate legal advice in a mixed case load of local government law areas;
Represents the company in civil and  administrative  proceedings;
Advising internal departments around legal requirements

Requirements and skills for this position:

University degree in Law
Qualified lawyer with a minimum 4+ experience as a contract lawyer;
Knowledge of Civil, Labour, Criminal, Taxes, Insurance and Contract Law, the basic norms of International law;
Ability to communicate persuasively and clearly, both orally and in writing;
Ability to solve problems in a methodical and practical way;
Fluent in Azeri and English; knowledge of Russian is advantage
Computer Literate
