We are looking for an outgoing and serviceminded person for the position of Meeting & Events Sales Coordinator.
Apart from administrative day-to-day work the main responsibilities are:
• Assists in the development of annual sales goals
• Maintains effective correspondence
• Meets budgeted sales and profit margins for group business, by soliciting, selling, and confirming business as required
• Dealing with group requests
• Negotiation with the clients in all aspects
• Preparation of Function Sheets
• Organize and conduct weekly Function sheet meeting
• Booking of meeting rooms
• Organization of leisure programs for group business
• Guest relations
• Ensure proper billing/Invoicing for group business
• Meet required results through active interaction with existing, potential and new clients inside and outside the hotel.
• Coordinate communication between all relevant departments to provide professional and effective planning to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Good Knowledge of Opera PMS
• Fluent Russian, Azerbaijani, English and Turkish, spoken and written
• Very good organizational skills
• Excellent communicator
• Interested in Sales
• Experience in sales & conference department is required.
