Position: Site Doctor
Qualifications & Experience:
5 years or more in Oil and Gas or other industrial experience
Strong communication and team work skills
Work experience in multinational organization
Fluency in English and Azerbaijani languages
Male candidates are preferable
Other Skills/Certificates Required:
Qualified Doctor certification/High medical education
Valid ACLS, ATLS/PHTLS, BAT training certificates
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
• Continual 24 hours medical coverage of all site workers/visitors including emergency medical evacuation;
• Management of project/site specific health related documents, including case reports, ECO reports, health surveillance findings;
• Conducting health awareness campaign/presentation and immunization program for existing site health risks;
• Provision of occupational health medical assessment/consultation and medical referrals;
• Implementation of Return to Work policy, procedure and strategy;
• Conducting alcohol and drug screening with filling relevant documents;
• Performance of periodic health, hygiene and facility inspection for site facilities, including kitchen and accommodations;
• Ensuring sufficient quantities of medicines are available and regular renewal of the site medical stock;
• Ensuring proper reporting and recording of infectious diseases;
• Ensuring health administrative activities are carried out on daily, weekly, monthly and annually including sending relevant regular reports to health adviser;
• Maintain a day to day records of all activities in medical facility;
• Demonstration of readiness to all site medical emergency cases including regular participation in emergency drill scenarios;
• Demonstration and implement site to site or site to city evacuation;
• Ensuring proper management of medical waste according to standards and guidance;
• Making a direct report and communication with health adviser in relation to all aspects of health issue;
• Maintaining relationship and cooperation with Project HSE personnel on Health, Safety and Environmental issues;
