DDLAR GROUP of companies operating in construction industry is looking for HSE Officer

The successful candidates should have:

• Higher Education
• Minimum 3 year experience in HSE Field
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani (Fluent), English (Fluent) and Russian (Intermediate)
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Providing HSE site induction for all newcomers (staff & visitors)
• Performing HSE site inspections.
• Assist client (Baku 2015 European Games) site inspections & audits.
• Report to HSE manager.
• Report to the Project Manager during participation in a project team.
• Performs reporting, risk assessments and auditing and observes all HSE-related activities and policies within a location.
• Ensures operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance to Azerbaijan legislation and company safety regulations.
• Performs post-incident investigations and communicates with HSE manager and others until all action items have been closed
