Duties & Responsibilities
 
To provide ACET/CAD support to project teams.
Input wall thickness data and survey data into ACET
Input daily oilfield chemical data and show graphical trending for report purposes
Produce reports from ACET as instructed by engineers
Uploading all items in ACET for pipework and vessels etc into ACET
Uploading all features for all items in to ACET
Uploading dead-leg details in to ACET
Uploading inspection dates and frequencies into ACET
Uploading assessment information into ACET for RBA
Develop and update inspection pipework and vessel AutoCAD drawings to assist in surveys as required
Register all CAD drawings in the ACET drawing library

Note: not all principal duties may apply until suitable training has been conducted satisfactorily

General

The list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake tasks that may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post
Assist with any other duties as and when required
Undertake specific projects as instructed by management

Safety

Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment

Other

Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems
Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company
Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment

Qualifications
  
Extensive training and operation of ACET or similar database/system (P)
Trained and fully familiar with CAD sketches applicable to isometrics and general arrangements (P)
HNC (or equivalent) CAD certification (P)
Must be willing to undergo further training as required (E)
