We are looking for "Sales & Marketing Manager" for Arkas Azerbaijan, a leading maritime transportation and agency services company within the body of Arkas Holding.

Qualifications:

• University degree
• At least 6-8 years of experience in a maritime agency, where min 2 years of management experience is required
• Very good command of both written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be attentive to detail and be accurate in execution of any tasks
• Complies with deadlines
• Resident in Baku

Main Duties:

• Monitoring work schedules to ensure balance between targeted sales and achieved sales
• Conducting effective and productive customer visits by identifying potential customers in the market
• Analyzing profitability of freight charges and develops appropriate sales strategies
• Monitoring general operations and efficiency performance
• Responsible for operational, commercial and administrative management of the service to ensure well execution of business flow and team harmony
