What will I be doing?
Development, design and calculation of attractive offers for individual guests, tourists.
Implements sales promotion actions in-house, locally, regionally and supra-regionally.
Planning, organization of written, telephone and personal contacts with guests and supervision of these contacts
New acquisition of guests in all segments.
Be able to give correct information to guests regarding the SPA And Hilton International.
Know all the functions of the computer system and eliminate minor errors in the software itself.
Joint responsibility for updating the Sales Service Manuals, based on all work sequences.
Achieve/succeed the plan for the department
Involvement in drawing up the Marketing / Business Plans and the budget of the SPA.
Comply with all Hilton International company policies.
Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by DO, GM and Hilton International.
What are we looking for?
2 - 4 years of hands-on Hotel Spa sales Management, hospitality or other related fields.
A strong command of both written and spoken of Russian, English is required; additional languages are asset.
Highly computer literate with a high level command of Excel.
Strong process and planning mindset
Organized and focused on delivery to deadlines
Structured and process driven approach to work
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good spreadsheet and written skills
