Education Required Bachelor’s Degree
Skills and Experience Required Fluent Azeri, Russian, English
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Self-motivation and working in team skills
A minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
Duties
• Prepare and review agreements, contracts, notices and other legal documentation related to all aspects of the business;
• Negotiating contract issues with partners;
• Predict and guard against legal risks facing the company, develop and recommend policy and position on both legal and business issues;
• Responsible for providing high level, accurate legal advice of local government law areas;
• Manage of contract monitoring, contract administration and compliance;
• Interpreting laws, rulings and regulations;
• Advising internal departments around legal requirements;
• Perform other duties in related job function as requested by manager.
