Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Sinteks is Fashion/Jewelry/Food&Beverage Retailer with more than 500 international brands in portfolio, including: Gucci, Dolce&Gabbana, Burberry, Emporio-Armani, Valentino, Etro, Diesel, Guess, Mango, Tiffany, Bvlgari, Dalloyau, Gloria Jean’s Coffee and others.
SUMMARY
The basic function of the BTL Coordinator is coordinating events and promotion activities of Giorgio Armani, Valentino, Givenchy, Stella McCartney in Port Baku Mall.
DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
* Fully coordinate work of event and promotion team on the place
*Gather information on each project to achieve high quality event production
*Negotiate suppliers and contractors: promo staff, models, service staff, sound and lightning equipment, production, decoration, catering, etc.
*Create action plan and scheme of work for each event and promotion.
*Ensure bookings and agreements with service suppliers according to action plan.
*Ensure all event and promo activities coordination done properly; effective and in line with guidelines.
*Assist with managing on-site works for events and promotion as necessary.
*Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
*Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters and promo.
*Close out all events as required.
Applicants must have the following skills and knowledge:
*Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking.
*Excellent organizational and managing skills.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of staff and volunteers.
*Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision.
*Customer service ethic and high expectations for quality
*At least 1 year experience coordinating special events.
*Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and mail merges; email and web searches.
