Job title: Lawyer

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review agreements, contracts, notices and other legal documentation related to all aspects of the business;
- Predict and guard against legal risks facing the company, develop and recommend policy and position on both legal and  business issues;
- Responsible for providing high level, accurate legal advice  of local government law areas;
- Manage of  contract monitoring, contract administration and compliance;
- Responsibility to represents the company in civil and administrative proceedings;
- Attends client liaison meetings as required;
- Interpreting laws, rulings and regulations;
- Advising internal departments around legal requirements;
- Perform other duties in related job function as requested by manager.

Requirements:

- University degree in Law (Master degree is an advantage);
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum 1 year experience;
- Knowledge of normative acts and laws of  Azerbaijan Republic, the basic norms of International law;
- Strong writing and editorial skills including fluency in English and Russian;
- Strong communications and team-building skills;
- Excellent computer skills
