What You’ll Do

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and productive work environment
  • Coordinate procurement and maintain office supplies
  • Organize internal meetings, team events, and studio calendars
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence and document flow
  • Support the preparation and archiving of project-related documents and contracts
  • Greet visitors, manage phone/email communication, and ensure a professional front-of-house experience
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and maintaining internal HR coordination
  • Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, accountants, and legal consultants

What We Expect

  • Proven experience in office administration or similar role (1–3 years preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Confident use of MS Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
  • Positive attitude, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment
