Job Title: Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop schedules by using Primavera P3‐P6 or Microsoft Project
• Work with BOQ (Bill of Quantity) & Cost Estimates
• Cooperate with engineers and subcontractors for developing Scopes of Work (SOW)
• Cash flow preparation
• Preparation of look-ahead plans (weekly, monthly)
• Setup and maintain performance management dashboards for the key measures during execute
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for project management
• Trip to the project sites for progress checking & update working plans

Requirements:

• Azerbaijani national
• 5 years relevant construction related experience
• Project management, Engineering or similar technical background
• Knowledge of Primavera 6.0 or similar
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other MS programs, good computer skills
• Knowledge of progress measurement, reporting and data entry processKnowledge of quantity surveying techniques
• English intermediate or higher, MS office programs
• Good communication skills
• Travel required to regions and out-of country
• Reports to Senior Planner
• Ability to learn new software and programs
• Position is Baku based but can be transferred to camps located in regions of Azerbaijan
• Works in close coordination with Client and in strict compliance with Project standards and specifications
• Project duration 3 years
