Baltika-Baku Brewery seeking for young talents, who aim to build its career in brand marketing.

Company offers career opportunities, competitive compensation package (annual base salary + bonuses) & benefit package (health insurance, limited mobile coverage, shuttle bus, meal allowance & etc.)

Location: Khirdalan, Shamakhi road

Working hours: 40 per a week

Business trips:  2 per a year maximum

Short Job description:

  Assist in all marketing, advertising and promotional activities;
  Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information;
  Assist in development and implementing marketing plans and strategies and for new and existing products;
  Assist in New Product Development (Product Attributes, Branding, Packaging);
  Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results;

Requirements:
 
  High education, MBA preferable;
  Strong marketing theoretical knowledge (Brand Positioning, Product Development, Promotion);
  Advanced  MS Office user (Excel, Power Point, Visio, Word);
  Fluent  in Azeri & Russian, English upper intermediate;                                                                 
  Willing to learn;
  Flexibility;
  Logical mind;
  Ambitious;                                                                                            
  Team player;
