Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the front office team to ensure excellent guest service at all times.
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and manage guest reservations and room assignments.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong communication and coordination with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Maintenance.
- Train, schedule, and evaluate front office staff performance.
- Monitor room availability, rate plans, and revenue targets in cooperation with the reservations team.
- Maintain proper security and confidentiality of guest information.
Salary 1000 AZN + bonus
