Role synopsis

Due to significant business growth within the region, PD&MS Energy are looking for a Storeman to be based in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role and be familiar with the normal working of a tools and Materials Store within a drilling environment.

Key Responsibilities

• To carry out the duties detailed below in a safe and efficient manner
• Carry out the day to day site-based stores and materials control
• Ensure that the store and materials are kept in an organised and tidy condition and that all store activities are performed in an efficient and timely manner
• Ensure that all issued items are suitably documented
• Ensure that all tools, equipment and materials are issued with the appropriate documentation
• Ensure records are up to date and accurate.
• Carry out stock check/audit of stock held at site and elsewhere.
• Maintain an auditable system.
• Assist with arrangement of containers, packing of materials, transport etc. for re-location of specified materials
• Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by the Line Management
• Stock and Material Management
• Shipping and back-loading of Materials & Equipment (E&I, Piping, Structural, HVAC materials and equipment)
• All administration tasks and associated correspondence

Essential qualifications and experience

• Knowledge of BP systems and procedures for shipping advantageous
• Forklift licence up top 10te
• Preference towards candidates with a discipline background if possible and can identify different materials with ease
