Eurodesign since its foundation in 1996, has been delivering high-end telecom solutions to a large number of businesses in Azerbaijan and Georgia. The services offered vary from the design of structured and fiber optic cabling systems to voice communication systems, including audio and video conference systems that are mainly offered to businesses in such fields as Oil and Gas, Construction, Medical and Logistics. We strive to establish long-term relationships with our customers by providing post-delivery maintenance and support for all services rendered.
Telecom System Technician
Responsibilities
• Deployment of telecommunication infrastructure at site including network switches.
• Physical installation of the network HW at site.
• Configuration of the deployed HW according to design provided by Engineer.
• Implement the connectivity (copper, FO) between all the HW components according to design.
• Execute proper labeling of all installed HW elements.
• Provides the redline sketch, based on which the as-built drawing will be created.
• Ability to works with network HW of various manufacturers.
Skills
o Technical/IT University background
o At least 1 years of network HW deployment
o CCNA certified, additional certifications is a plus
o Knowledge in overall network architecture in an enterprise environment
o Hands-on experience implementing, administrating and troubleshooting network devices
o Knowledge of TCP/IP
o Knowledge of LAN related technologies: STP, VLANs, HSRP, VTP etc.
o Good troubleshooting skills
o WAN troubleshooting knowledge
o Working technical knowledge of HTTP/S, DNS, POP, SMTP, FTP, SNMP etc.
o Must be a team player and work well with co-workers of different backgrounds
o Fluent in Azerbaijani, Good English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
