Eurodesign since its foundation in 1996, has been delivering high-end telecom solutions to a large number of businesses in Azerbaijan and Georgia. The services offered vary from the design of structured and fiber optic cabling systems to voice communication systems, including audio and video conference systems that are mainly offered to businesses in such fields as Oil and Gas, Construction, Medical and Logistics. We strive to establish long-term relationships with our customers by providing post-delivery maintenance and support for all services rendered.
EDC Technician
o Deploy equipment at Equipment Deployment Centre as per the installation instructions
o Mount the equipment into cabinets at Equipment Deployment Centre
o Perform off-site testing and quality check
o Pack the hand-over equipment to logistics department for shipment to the venues
Skills and qualifications
o 1-2 years’ experience in desktop support
o Deployment and troubleshooting experience highly preferred
o Should have background and knowledge in various deployment methods
o Experience in desktop hardware, operating system, applications and peripheral device deployment and troubleshooting
o Basic understanding on Windows AD and Networking technologies
o Experience in image building process
o Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
o Preferred – MCP / MCIT certifications
o Good communication skills
