Eurodesign since its foundation in 1996, has been delivering high-end telecom solutions to a large number of businesses in Azerbaijan and Georgia. The services offered vary from the design of structured and fiber optic cabling systems to voice communication systems, including audio and video conference systems that are mainly offered to businesses in such fields as Oil and Gas, Construction, Medical and Logistics. We strive to establish long-term relationships with our customers by providing post-delivery maintenance and support for all services rendered.

Service Desk Analyst

Responsibilities

o Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
o Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
o Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
o Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
o Following written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
o Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
o Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to supervisor, if appropriate)
o Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals

Skills

o Technical/IT background
o Minimum 1 year of experience in IT and Telecommunication field
o Good communication skills
o Must be a team player and work well with co-workers of different professional backgrounds
o Fluent in Azerbaijani and English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
