The services offered vary from the design of structured and fiber optic cabling systems to voice communication systems, including audio and video conference systems that are mainly offered to businesses in such fields as Oil and Gas, Construction, Medical and Logistics. We strive to establish long-term relationships with our customers by providing post-delivery maintenance and support for all services rendered.
Asset Coordinator (Warehouse Inventory Coordinator)
Responsibilities
o Prepare inventory reports utilizing asset registry in conjunction with Project Management, Operations Management and EDC team
o Attend and participate Asset Management Steering Committee meetings. Provide input and complete work assignments as assigned and directed by the Committee.
o Maintain database of assets and assist in data collecting, gathering and compiling data on Client’s IT/Telecom assets.
o Conduct visual and field inspections.
o Identify opportunities for improving service delivery methods and procedures for assets control
o Coordinate and assist project and operations managers in obtaining operational and maintenance records, performance criteria for individual assets.
o Locate and affix an inventory barcode tag to each piece of equipment
o Database information registration and update
o Record equipment checkout and return within the database
o Provide accurate equipment inventory reporting for all departments upon request.
o Update the surplus equipment listing.
o Authorize disposal of equipment when no longer in working condition
Skills
o Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Administrative Role
o Proficiency with computers
o Good communication skills
o Fluent in Azerbaijani and English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
