Duties & Responsibilities

- A Sales Coordinator requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to respond to any enquiries via telephone or computer, so computer literacy is a vital asset;
- Sales Coordinator primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and distribution of any sales documentation;
-  Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise;
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communicational skills;
- Sales coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales, financial etc. documents made for clients;
- Resourceful problem solver;
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers;
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints;
- A Sales Coordinator must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner;
- A Sales Coordinator must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.

Requirements

- University degree, preferably in Economics/Marketing;
- Experience in automobile industry is must;
- Sale skills, Communications and presentation skills;
- Fluency in English for both written and spoken, (Russian is plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field;
- Good command of Microsoft Office;
- Attention to important information;
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal sales reports.
