AMEC is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for Receptionist.

The successful candidates should have:

• 1 year relevant working experience
• Good communicator
• Able to work as member of a team
• English language knowledge is essential

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Make sure office area is safe and secure.
• Greet all visitors in a courteous and professional manner, and forward them to appropriate personnel.
• Provide office HSE Induction to visitors entering inside Amec office.
• Being part of emergency response team, to be able to print the personnel sign in-out list in case of office emergency.
• Operate console switchboard.  Place outgoing calls, answer incoming calls, forward calls to party, take messages, when necessary, notify (by phone) employees that visitors have arrived.
Pass messages on to a) party called b) secretary or other appropriate person or c) may take messages for absent employees.
• May give orientation on telephone system usage to new employees
• Receive packages, letters, etc., as required. Sign for parcels when necessary
Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
