Quantity Surveyor 

Key accountabilities:

• Quantity surveying
• Taking measurements from construction
• As-Built vs Design quantities evaluation
• Taking quantities from drawings (architectural and structural) for tender packages
• Collecting data for construction progress reporting

Required skills/experience:

• University Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience
• Able to work effectively under pressure and to work with deadlines
• Knowledge of MS Office programs and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages
• Working overtime upon request
