RECEPTIONIST

Main Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant educational background,
• Minimum 1 year corporate experience in a related position,
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures,
• Highly customer and service orientated,
• Good interpersonal and communication skills,
• Hands on experience with MS Office programs,
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English 

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate,
• Greets and directs clients and visitors determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals,
• Deals with queries from the public and customers,
• Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information,
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges,
• Provides general administrative and clerical support,
• Prepares letters and documents,
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services, receives and sorts mail and deliveries
• Schedules appointments,
• Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies,
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating,
• Ensures reception area is tidy.
