DDLAR GROUP of companies operating in construction industry is urgently looking for Document Controller.

The successful candidates should have:

• Knowledge of  construction industry processes
• Proven planning and process management skills
• A confident professional manner
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Methodical approach to duties
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good organization skills
• Bachelor or Master Degree
• Professional level of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• To maintain the awareness of project team members, trade contractors, professional partners and the part they play in successful project delivery and of ongoing activities e.g. client, trade contractor, architect, QS etc
• To establish with Construction Manager and Project Manager the smooth running of the system
• Maintenance of accurate records of all drawings through each stage of construction
• Managing the document control, ensuring accurate records are maintained
• Ensure that every drawing is received by the relevant trades and consultants
• To keep up to date copies of each drawing on site for the use of the Project Team
• Liaise with architects/contractors to ensure that all parties are working to the correct drawings
• Provide accurate information and reports regarding the status of all drawings
• To log, distribute promptly and keep updated various instructions from consultants, clients, project managers etc
• Deliver accurate and timely reports related to document control as requested by project and professional teams
• Perform other duties assigned by Project Manager
