                Requirements:
	- Bachelor's degree
 
	- Experience in Office Manager
 
	- Excellent computer skills such as MS Office and Google Documents, Sheets, Meeting etc.
 
	- Good communication and teamwork skills
 
	- Excellent communication skills
 
	- Attentive and responsible
 
	- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
 
	- Languages needed: Azerbaijani (Excellent written and spoken), English (intermediate). Russian is a plus.
 
Job Responsibilities:
	- Responding to inquiries from social media platforms
 
	- Answering incoming calls and emails
 
	- Managing internal office documents
 
	- Completing assigned small tasks on time and with attention to detail
 
Working Conditions:
	- Preference for female candidates.
 
	- Work hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
 
	- Employment contract according to the Labor Code of Azerbaijan.
