Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Office Manager
  • Excellent computer skills such as MS Office and Google Documents, Sheets, Meeting etc.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attentive and responsible
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Languages needed: Azerbaijani (Excellent written and spoken), English (intermediate). Russian is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inquiries from social media platforms
  • Answering incoming calls and emails
  • Managing internal office documents
  • Completing assigned small tasks on time and with attention to detail

Working Conditions:

  • Preference for female candidates.
  • Work hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
  • Employment contract according to the Labor Code of Azerbaijan.
