AMEC is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for Commercial Technical Clerk.
The successful candidates should have:
• To have relevant experience and profiency in EXCEL.
• Ability to work well with others and provide support and assistance to cover peak work load
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:
• Administer and control personnel expenses claims and transmit to Singapore for payment.
• Deal with any expat payroll queries.
• Operate the time recording system.
• Input timesheets into system.
• Allocate payroll charges between contracts and overhead.
• Control of financial indents applicable to the Project
• Check invoices against indents and recommend for approval.
• Allocate invoice costs between cost centers.
• Assist in preparation of Cost/Value Reports.
• Administer and maintain all monthly expat tax records (for tax record).
• Raise new CTR’s, open an access for necessary work units.
• Prepare weekly reports for remaining hours for each work unit.
• Raise personnel authorisation forms (PAAF) for the Project duration
• Participate and contribute in all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) campaigns, initiatives and safety meetings, as required;
• Participate and contribute in ATA (Amec, Tekfen Azfen Consortium) personnel development programs (CDCA)
