Job Description:
- Daily review of pending contracts, payments, and receivables. Managing the team and overseeing the company’s daily operations.
- Monthly follow-up with respective parties regarding reports, including but not limited to sales, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, budget, etc.
- Monitoring VAT reports for optimization and compliance, taking necessary actions.
- Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy.
- Reviewing contract content daily to ensure correctness, including proper issuance of initial documentation.
- Arranging calls with international and local sales teams to ensure smooth daily processes between teams.
- Ensuring all required financial, sales, and accounting documents are properly archived and stored.
- Ensuring adherence to the sales policy agreed upon.
- Performing monthly payment reconciliations, ensuring alignment with the initially set budget.
- Generating operational efficiency reports for services provided.
- Managing cash operations within the project.
- Coordinating activities across the project and serving as the primary point of contact for daily and operational matters.
- Submission and licensing with government authorities.
- Handling documentation and daily operations with contracting companies.
- Monitoring budgets and reporting to the board, tracking progress, and providing regular updates.
- Approving payments and managing payment allocations according to plans.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
- 5–7 years of experience in real estate project management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
