Cost Controller

The main responsibilities:

• Determine costs and efficiency of company purchasing activities
• Monitor expenses, product recipe costing and ensure the accurate recording by established guidelines 
• Investigate and critique variances to budget or the prior year
• Participate in the inventory count process, and identify differences between actual count and system
• Identify wastage and explain the reason for it
• Monitor purchasing prices of goods or services, make frequent comparisons, and ensure there are proper bid-tabs
• Collect and compile purchasing data for analysis

Requirements:

• University degree in accounting, finance, or business with an emphasis in accounting, or a related field preferred
• Fluent Azerbaijani Knowledge essential. Good English and Russian is an asset
• Minimum 3 years of previous accounting and related experience in Food and Beverage industry
• Strong computer skills; experience in accounting software, Microsoft Office, especially strength in Excel
• Knowledge of accounting best practices, standards and regulations
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Working conditions:

• In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area.
• Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week from 09:00 till 18:00).
• The company daily provides free service transportations from/to different locations (such as, Koroglu m/s, Bakikhanov, Amirdjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani and so on).
