AMEC is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for MOC Coordinator (National).

The successful candidates should have:

• Organized, attentive to detail, ability to cope under pressure.
• Previous experience in Oil / Gas / Engineering Company required.
• Computer literate
• Able to work with people at all levels
• Good communicator
• Able to work as member of a team

MoC Coordinator is responsible for managing the MoC through its life cycle, ensuring:

• comments are answered and MoC is properly planned for execution
• associated Process Software, Chemical, etc. MoC is raised (if required)
• all affected documents are properly filed, booked-out of AMEC Fusion / BP Documentum
• tags, line numbers and cable numbers are booked out of eWarehouse
• GOC documentation is included into workpack and completed prior to Authorization
• FAT testing performed as required and recorded within MoC (for Software MoCs)
• change removal confirmed prior to closure of Temporary MoCs
• workpack is complete as appropriate
• arrangement, scheduling and participation in “What if” sessions
• participation in workscope progress meetings, providing feedback when required
