AMEC is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for Project Coordinator (National).

The successful candidates should be:

• Degree in engineering related discipline
• 3-5 years experience in an oil, gas or engineering environment.
• Good communication skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Demonstrates safety leadership at all times
• Assists in providing technical support for projects
• Provides supports to Project Engineers & Senior Project Engineers
• Carries out administrative duties in support of Project Engineers
• Provides support to departments during internal assignments
• Compile minutes for kick off meetings, design reviews and performance meetings
• Administer project procedures and other work controlling documents.
• Assist PE provide documentation to represent company, project and/or department during A/E, client and project management meetings, as requested.
• Assist PE Interface with all on-site departments as required resolving technical problems, ensuring quality of construction, etc. in support of project management requests.
• Assist PE to ensure change control is correctly administered.
• Assist PE reports weekly progress against current project schedule
• Assist PE monitor, coordinate and works with disciplines to achieve project milestones with respect to project schedule.
• Assist PE set goals and objectives to advance the schedule and identify opportunities to advance the schedule
• Expedite responses to queries.
• Administration of key project documentation
