Requirements:

Higher education: BS
To have experience at least for 5(Five) years in Telecommunication Project Management
Fluent Azerbaijani and  English language skills;
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Especially MS Excel and MS Project)
To available for intervention in emergency situations and unexpected accidents in non-working hours
Driving license

Roles & Responsibilities:

Integration of the hardware and software in new network / upgrades of the existing network in accordance of the BEGOC requirements for GSM/WCDMA and LTE product. Conducting rollout observation and providing administration services. Preparation and modification of RAN rollout in order to support the network and infrastructure growth and to be responsible for all aspects of RAN rollout/ operation issues.
Plan and co-ordinate activities with internal / external resources. Involve in the System/Function Verification and support activities Support Project Managers as technical subject matter expert. Being accountable for dedicated work stream of implementation project such as migration, integration, fulfillment or product module development, including RAN rollout project planning and activity status reports.
Through appreciation of the system / network design principles, implement and troubleshoot the configuration of the new elements into the system and its interfaces to gain resolution of any problems. Develop and refine estimates of effort for activities within given work stream or component. To deal with proper equipment distribution according to rollout plan and ensure that all required materials are available in the Company or Contractors warehouse. Provide expertise and best practices on technical aspects of Network development and implementation projects including performance and introduce  new development technologies
Provide detailed level progress and status reports according to the project requirements. To be a point of technical coordination escalation for on-site problems and issues. Coordinating of series of tests and activities, demonstrate / prove network level functionality and services
Supervising and follow up the clearing of deficiencies and outstanding items prior to Final Acceptance. Coordinates tasks & cooperate closely with other teams as well as to contribute to RAN rollout. Prepare for acceptance as required to operation. Play as site team leader when necessary.
Reviews Business Requirement and ensures vendor implement according to commercial requirements. Participating in vendor selection process including gathering requirements, participating in evaluation with other departments. Performs any other duties as assigned by Rollout Manager.
Manage Project admins to enter and collect the data.
Avoid and resolve the issues in the project.
Monitor different roll out activities (such as Core and transmission) and align the RAN roll out with other projects.
Implement the project management methodologies.
