Job Title: Trade Marketing Assistant
Location:  Baku, Azerbaijan

Purpose Statement:
To assist in developing and supporting Trade Rental Outlet contracts  and Payments, implementation of Rental Budgets.

Principal accountabilities:
Develop Contract Management Process:

• Process flow from opportunity identification till contract payment

• Share of Voice tracker - containing detailed information on existing & forthcoming paid contracts

• Thresholds by channel and by market

• Contract approval form

• Contract templates by channel

• Arise Purchase requests/Goods Receipents/invoices according to contracts

• Prepare contracts change forms and termination letters.

• Follow up payment process.

 

• Update Share of Voice  tracker file on regular basis

• Ensure monthly rental budget  tracker is updated as per the latest Purchase requests/purchase orders

• Assist Trade Development Executive in development of the InStoreFurniture installation plan, ActivityRecommendationForms, PRs & subsequent trade activity evaluation.

• Collate & analyze data (Reports) on market dynamics, on regular basis & provide regular update to Marketing

community & input to cycle planning process

• Daily Sales reports

Regular Census update (monthly basis) Trade Marketing Routes update
Support in warm

•  Work closely with Trade Marketing Field Force & Marketing Finance teams to ensure accuracy of the information.
• Develop/Design & follow up/update of any other Ad Hoc reports

Knowledge, skills and experience:

Minimum 1 year experience on executive role in FMCG company

• University degree in Marketing
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good reporting & analytical skills
• Sound computer skills - Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, Power Point
•  Good communication skills, team-oriented, good influencing skills
