Role synopsis
Manages execution engineers for development of plans, procedures and IMR/project program execution. Responsible for all documentation and certification where required, converting inspection requirements out of integrity scopes plan and delivering Project execution plans and support Coordinates, plans, writes procedures and leads IMR/project program execution. Key accountabilities
• Ensure Operating Management System Compliance of the Subsea Execution Team.
• Champion to BP & Contractor Engineers.
• Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Support Installation & Intervention Team Lead with emergent work and Management of Change
• Manage engineering interface with internal BP clients and Contractors.
• Compliance with BP Subsea Execution Team Workflow processes.
• Compliance with BP Activity Planning guidelines (Procedure & Resources availability)
• Participate in HAZID / HAZOP and Task Risk Assessment processes
• Participate in MOC process
• Engineering solutions compliance with BP Engineering Technical Practices and best Industry practices
Essential Education
• Civil or Structural Engineering Degree or Equivalent with Experience.
Essential experience and job requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ Experience as Client Offshore Technical Representative o Pipeline, Flowline & Umbilical Installation, & IMR o Subsea Development Installation & IMR. o Jacket Structure IMR
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Onshore Office as Project Manager / Engineer : o Procedure and Report Author (or less preferable as reviewer) Pipeline. Flowline & Umbilical IMR Jacket Structure IMR Subsea Development Installation & IMR
• Minimum of 500 days (4 years) offshore as a Project Engineer: o Pipeline & Flowline Installation o Subsea Development Installation o Jacket Structure, Pipeline & Subsea Development Inspection - Repair - Maintenance Projects involving : Saturation Diving Air Diving W/Class ROV & Tooling
• Knowledge of : o Pipeline EPCIC o Subsea Architecture EPCIC o Jacket Structure EPCIC
• Azerbaijani citizenship is required
