Job Description :

The mission of the Brand Manager is to ensure consistent, on-time execution of agency work across all disciplines, orchestrate workflow and resources on client initiatives and ensure integrated use of client assets and brand guidelines. Brand Managers oversee the day-to-day client work from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

•  Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
•  Provides appropriate job specifications.
•  Leads sales staff
•  Effectively communicates relevant project information to brand team.
• Works with production to create production schedules.
•  Conveys project changes and updates to appropriate team members.
•  Facilitates team and client meetings to review work.
•  Prepares regular status reports and distributes internally and externally if necessary.
•  Reviews deliverables prepared by team before presenting to client.
•  Ensures documents and major digital assets are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
•  Manages both internal and external approvals
•  Understands client contracts and billing procedures.
•  Initiates pricing process.
•  Manages project budget.

• Females and males
• Creativity, good taste of choice
• Excellent  knowledge of English, Azeri, Russian.
• Good  MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
• Being ready to business trips
• Ability to develop strategic advantage through alliances and partnerships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make decisions and meet deadlines whilst working in a fast-paced, pressurized environment
• An understanding of relevant consumer behavior
• An eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
