Description:

The Human Resources Director is responsible for managing all the HR operations and strategies of the company & oversees the administration of all people related matters such as:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Employee relations and retention
• Labor relations
• Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
• Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems
• Evaluating potential solutions
• Implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
• Completes special projects by clarifying project objective
• Setting timetables and schedules
• Prepare and record of employee documents, orders and other related documents
• Coordination recruiting & employment processing
• Conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
• Analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Performance management
• Orientation training

• Training and development
• Succession planning
• Performing other related duties as required

Qualifications:

• University degree in Law, Management or related fields
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• A minimum 3 years of experience in such position
• Proficient in computer – Windows OS, MS Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent command of Russian and Azerbaijani languages; knowledge of English is desirable
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Ability to use sound judgment and to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively, which include planning, organizing and prioritizing with attention to details.
