Key Activities and Competencies

  • Manage relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and other key accounts.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close group and individual bookings.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and materials.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and guest feedback to refine sales tactics.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Coordinate with operations, catering, and front office teams to ensure seamless execution of events and stays.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
