Key Activities and Competencies
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client engagement.
- Manage relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and other key accounts.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close group and individual bookings.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and materials.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and guest feedback to refine sales tactics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Coordinate with operations, catering, and front office teams to ensure seamless execution of events and stays.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
