Reservation Agent

Main duties:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails from customers who are interested in making reservations or have questions about reservations. 
  • Providing customers with information about the hotel’s accommodation options, rates and amenities. 
  • Processing reservations, cancellations and modifications using reservation software. 
  • Collecting and processing payments from guests. 
  • Communicating with other departments to ensure that guests’ requests are met. 
  • Updating and maintaining customer information in the reservation system.
  • Handles other daily correspondence. 

Candidate requirements:

  • Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to 
  • Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories. 
  • Fluency in the local, Russian and English languages.
  • Literate and tech-savvy-you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills.
