Garadagh Steel Construction Factory started to operate under the name of "Azeristeel" in year 2011 with the production area of 4700 m2 and Techno Park meeting modern international standards. Factory is currently capable to produce 5000 tons per month and consisting of 15000 m2 closed production area, 1000m2 Milling and 1000m2  Paint and Hand Blasting Plants.

The main objective of the company is to provide reliable, qualitative and stable service, to meet customer satisfaction with the highest level. The company is equipped with the machines of the latest technology and with the staff of highly qualified engineers in order to meet customer requirements as well as to keep its reliable and qualitative position in construction market.

Position name: HR Generalist (Subordinated to Human Resources Manager)

Location: Garadagh District Sahil settlement,
Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00
Working days:  Monday – Saturday (temporary)

Description:

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing all the HR operations and strategies of the company. The HR generalist oversees the administration of all people related matters such as:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and record of employee documents, orders and other related documents
• Recruiting & employment processing
• Performance management
• Orientation training
• Internal communication
• Training and development
• Rerecords management, safety and health,
• Succession planning
• Employee relations and retention  and labor relations
• Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
• Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems
• Evaluating potential solutions
• Implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
• Completes special projects by clarifying project objective
• Setting timetables and schedules
• Conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
• Analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Finance, Management or related fields
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• A minimum 3 years  experience as HR professional
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent command of English and Azerbaijani languages; knowledge of Russian an asset
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Ability to use sound judgment and to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.
