Garadagh Steel Construction Factory started to operate under the name of "Azeristeel" in year 2011 with the production area of 4700 m2 and Techno Park meeting modern international standards. Factory is currently capable to produce 5000 tons per month and consisting of 15000 m2 closed production area, 1000m2 Milling and 1000m2  Paint and Hand Blasting Plants.

Position name: Executive Assistant to General Manager (Subordinated to General Manager)

Location: Garadagh District Sahil settlement,
Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00
Working days:  Monday – Saturday (temporary)

Description:

This position provides assistance to the CEO/General Manager in the day-to-day management of the organization and assumes responsibility for the overall administrative functions of the Executive Office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serves as liaison for the CEO/General Manager with Board members, state legislators, senior staff and community groups.
• Performs administrative functions such as calendar scheduling, correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls, filing, developing presentations, meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
• Develops and monitors the budget and travel for Executive Office.
• Develops the CEO/GM report to Board of Directors, prepares information for Board meetings and coordinates background information.
• Represents the CEO/GM’s position on various issues at both internal and external meetings and venues.
• This position requires broad knowledge of corporate operations and policy and a high level of discretion and technical skill.

Qualifications:

• University degree
• A minimum 3 years  of progressively responsible administrative assistant or executive secretary experience with top level executive management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijan and English (orally and in writing)
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Ability to use sound judgment and to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.
