Position: HSE Administrator
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Higher education
Work Experience: 2 years’ or more experience in a similar role within Oil and Gas Industry
Knowledge of Languages: English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent).
Responsibilities:
• Register and maintain logs of SO cards, SOCs, GIRs, RTCs, Incident Notifications/Reports, Waste Register Logbook and HSE inputs in general.
• Maintain HSE Document Files, HSE Procedure and Plans files, and project documents files.
• Ensure that codes on documentation are in accordance with the filing index.
• Receive and file both hard-copy and electronically all HSE Reports received and ensure there are backups in case of data loss.
• Drive Rights data downloading and drawing up a report.
• Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual HSE statistics and statistical reports, both internal and for the Client.
• Ensure HSE Alerts, posters and initiatives are distributed, update of HSE Information Boards.
• Assisting Procurement Department with HSE requirements for PRs.
• Arranging external trainings.
• Maintain HSE personnel schedule.
• Assist with updating Training Matrix and preparation of Training Certificates.
• Recording & Filing of Training related documentation.
• Translate documents as requested.
• Arrange and facilitate meetings as required.
• Maintain stationary needs for HSE department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
