Sales Executive / Satış üzrə Məsul təmsilçi

Sales Executive take an active role in increasing the number of room sales in the hotel and reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Identifying new contacts and developing sales leads
• Coordinating and supporting all aspects of sales activities including participating in tradeshows and related promotional events, taking initial inquiries, generating leads and proposals, managing referrals, drafting and processing contracts and their contents, blocking, etc.:
• Up-selling where possible
• Producing written quotations and confirmation
• Checking customer satisfaction and resolving any issues to ensure repeat business
• Conducting site inspections, familiarization tours, trade shows and functions within the hotel
• Maintaining an accurate count of all Sales collateral
• Maintaining accounts, contacts, activities and business details within the appropriate software applications
• Possessing and sharing knowledge of The Rixos Guba products including accommodation, meeting facilities, activities and local programming
• Actively seeking opportunities to improve Sales systems and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably in a hotel, with proven results required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Azerbaijani and/or Russian
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Articulate, self-motivated and energetic
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Positive team-player highly responsible and reliable
• Confident, well-groomed, pleasant telephone and personal disposition
• Enjoys challenges, works well under time pressure, thinks ahead and is extremely committed to the job
