Position : Training Manager

What will I be doing?

 Analyses training needs of the hotel and prepares an annual training plan based on the business needs and the departmental training plans.
 Coordinates and monitors the hotels training plans.
 Develops and conducts training programmes according to the hotels strategy to meet training needs of Team Members, Team Coaches and managers, within the established budget.
 Organizes a Welcome Day on a regular basis as well as the induction of new Team Members according to the standards, including monitoring of 4-week induction plans.
 Creates and introduces new training programmes and workshops.
 Advises and assists management in achieving specific training and development objectives.
 Coordinates and evaluates internal and external training programmes.
 Introduces outside materials, films, videos etc. for specific training needs and maintains the library of training material.
 Assists in the coordination of trainee programmes .
 Maintains accurate training records of all Team Members.
 Prepares and distributes the monthly training calendar and plan.
 Reports to the Human Resources Director and the Regional Training Manager on a monthly basis.
 Plans and follows up cross exposures within and outside the hotel.
 Participates in the Duty Manager Scheme where applicable.
 Assists in regional training activities as required.
 Assists in the organization of social activities.

 What are we looking for?

 Minimum of Bachelor degree
 At least  3 years of experience in HR training
 Knowledge of teambuilding, people management, organisation, coaching and negotiations
 Strong process and planning mindset
 Organized and focused on delivery to deadlines
 Structured and process driven approach to work
 Excellent  communication and presentation  skills
 Proficiency, at an intermediate level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
 Proficient  Azeri and English 
 Good spreadsheet and written skills
