Main duties and responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests positively as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- To serve tea, coffee to director and guests
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Perform general office duties including answering multi-line phones directing calls and taking messages as appropriate, greeting the public, typing, copying, filing, sorting, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Updating files and records.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- To order all necessary stationery/ material and distribute to needed departments
- Any other duties which may be reasonably required by the Management
- Working hours- 5 days in week, from 09:00 am till 18:00 pm
Education and Skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- At least 1 year professional experience in the relevant field;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
- Communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
